Ingredients:
- 600-700 g salmon - 300-400 g potatoes
- 2-3 dl soy cream
- Fresh dill
- Lemon pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. 2. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into strips or cubes.
3. Grease a baking dish.
4. Layer the potatoes and salmon in the dish alternately, ensuring that potatoes are on top.
5. Sprinkle salt and lemon pepper between the layers for seasoning.
6. Mix some dill and lemon pepper into the soy cream.
7. Pour the soy cream over the potatoes and salmon.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the top is beautifully golden brown.
