A delicious and filling dish combining potatoes, onions, and salmon. Perfect for lunch or dinner.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl milk
- 1 kg potato-onion mixture
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl cream
- Generous amount of aromatic salt
- Lemon pepper
- Potato seasoning
- 1 can (approx. 200 g) cheese cream mixture
- 200 g salmon (smoked, cold-smoked, raw, or frozen)
Instructions:
1. Grease a shallow baking dish.
2. Add half of the potato-onion mixture to the dish.
3. Season with potato seasoning.
4. Add the salmon, chopped, to the dish.
5. Top with the remaining potato-onion mixture over the salmon.
6. In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, cream, aromatic salt, lemon pepper, and potato seasoning. Pour the mixture over the layers in the dish.
7. Spread the cheese cream mixture on top.
8. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
