A quick and easy salmon casserole perfect for busy weekdays. It's delicious and full of flavor, and comes together effortlessly. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 600 g frozen potato-onion mix
- 200 g cold-smoked salmon slices
- 2 dl cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
Instructions:
1. Place half of the potato-onion mix in a baking dish.
2. Spread the cold-smoked salmon slices over the potato-onion mix.
3. Add the remaining potato mixture on top of the salmon.
4. In a bowl, mix the cream with salt, black pepper, and dill.
5. Pour the cream mixture over the casserole.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 45 minutes.
7. Let the casserole rest under foil for a few minutes before serving.
