A creamy and comforting soup made with salmon, potatoes, and vegetables.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg salmon fillet
- 3 onions
- 3 fish stock cubes
- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 2 packets of mixed vegetables
- 250 ml cooking cream
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions and potatoes into small pieces.
2. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized chunks.
3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the fish stock cubes, onions, and potatoes. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are nearly tender.
4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Gently add the salmon pieces to the pot and let the soup simmer over low heat for about 5-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
6. Pour in the cooking cream and season with salt to taste. Stir well.
7. Allow the soup to warm for a moment before serving.
