A rich and flavorful salmon soup with a hint of lemon, perfect for a comforting meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 600 g Kuhmon eco salmon fillets, cut into pieces
- 9 organic potatoes, chopped
- 330 ml lactose-free heavy cream
- 400 ml fish stock
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
2. Heat the fish stock in a pot and add the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
3. Add the salmon pieces to the pot and cook for a few minutes until the fish is cooked through.
4. Pour in the lactose-free heavy cream and mix well.
5. Squeeze in the lemon juice and add the lemon zest to the soup. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Allow the soup to warm through, but do not let it boil.
7. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill.
