A delicious salmon burger made with grilled salmon, soft rye bread, and fresh vegetables. Perfect for lunch at work or a picnic!

Ingredients

- 100 g grilled or pan-fried salmon
- 1 piece of rye bread
- Butter or margarine
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Crème fraîche sauce

Crème fraîche Sauce (makes enough for about 8 burgers)

- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of sugar
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- A bunch of chives, chopped

Instructions

1. Grill or pan-fry the salmon, seasoning with salt, pepper, and dill.
2. Prepare the crème fraîche sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients together and let it chill in the refrigerator for a while.
3. Spread butter on the rye bread.
4. Assemble the burger by filling the rye bread with salmon, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and crème fraîche sauce.
