This delicious salmon burger combines fresh summer flavors with avocado salsa and cilantro-lime sour cream. Perfect for grilling on summer days! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 400 g salmon fillet - Juice of 1 lime
- 1 chili (finely chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1/2 dl fresh cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
1. Prepare the salmon patties: Cut the salmon fillet into four pieces and season with lime juice, chili, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for about 10 minutes. 2. Preheat the grill to medium heat and place the salmon patties on grill foil. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Make the avocado salsa: Mash the avocado and mix in a little salt and pepper.
4. Prepare the cilantro-lime sour cream: Mix the sour cream with the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
5. Assemble the burgers: Place a salmon patty on the bottom half of a burger bun, add the avocado salsa and tomato slices. Spoon the cilantro-lime sour cream on top and place the lid on.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy a taste of summer!
