A delicious autumn apple cake featuring Finnish Lobo apples, perfect for coffee gatherings or dessert.

Ingredients:
- 4-5 Lobo apples
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Peel and dice the apples into small cubes.
3. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with the milk.
6. Gently fold in the apple cubes into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
