Ingredients:
- 3.5 dl graham flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 100 g margarine
- 1.25 dl brown sugar
- 400 g apples
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and cloves.
3. In a separate bowl, cream together the margarine and brown sugar until fluffy.
4. Add the eggs to the creamed mixture one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk alternately to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
6. Peel and chop the apples into small pieces, then fold them into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes or until the cake is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
9. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
