Ingredients:
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Gradually stir in the milk until combined.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
