A delicious and simple apple cake perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 150 g room temperature butter or margarine
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 2-3 apples (diced)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Beat the room temperature butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon) and then add to the mixture.
5. Gently fold in the diced apples.
6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the cake is cooked through and has a nice golden color.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
