A delicious creamy truffle pasta that's perfect for a fancy dinner. Simple to prepare yet full of flavor!

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain the pasta and reserve a little cooking water.
2. In a large pan, heat the butter over medium heat and add the crushed garlic. Sauté until the garlic is golden brown.
3. Add the cream to the pan and stir. Allow it to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Drizzle in the truffle oil, and season with salt and pepper. Stir again.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
