Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 100 g mixed salad greens
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion into small pieces.
2. Place the mixed salad greens in a large bowl and add the chopped vegetables.
3. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad mixture.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
