Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 dl nuts (e.g., hazelnuts or walnuts)
- 1/2 dl dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots)
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, yogurt, honey, and vanilla sugar.
2. Mash the banana and add it to the mixture. Stir well.
3. Incorporate the nuts, dried fruits, and cinnamon into the batter. Mix until smooth.
4. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
5. Place small portions of the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Allow to cool and enjoy during snack times, perhaps paired with a HUF cap!
