Ingredients:

- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- Juice of 2 limes
- Zest of 2 limes
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2-3 fresh chilies, chopped (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, lime zest, crushed garlic, grated ginger, chopped chilies, garam masala, turmeric, and salt.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
