A delicious and quick recipe for homemade meatballs, perfect for a weekday meal. Enjoy them with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 700 g ground beef- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk, and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soak.
3. Add the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Mix all ingredients well.
4. Shape the mixture into about 20 meatballs.
5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Drizzle oil over the meatballs.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Serve warm with mashed potatoes or a salad.
