Servings: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 500 g lean ground beef (7% fat)
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.75 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 egg yolks
- 300 g tofu
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Drain excess water from the tofu.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until you achieve a smooth dough. Adjust the consistency by adding more breadcrumbs if necessary.
3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
5. Fry the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until they are golden brown and cooked through.
