Ingredients:
- 750 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, minced
- 1-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl water
- 1 tablespoon butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, minced onion, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
2. Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs until they are golden brown on all sides.
4. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a baking dish.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream and water, then pour the mixture over the meatballs in the baking dish.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
7. Serve the meatballs in the cream sauce with potatoes or pasta.
