Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 700-800 g ground beef
- 1 packet (2 pieces) onion soup mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion soup mix, sour cream, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
2. Knead the mixture by hand until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into round meatballs.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
5. Fry the meatballs in the skillet until they are beautifully browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve warm with mashed potatoes or a salad.
