Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 dl rice
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, milk, chopped onion, egg, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
3. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
4. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
5. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes and vegetables, if desired.
