Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef or a mixture of beef and pork - 1 onion
- 1 liter of milk
- All-purpose flour (as needed)
- Butter or margarine (as needed)
- Ground allspice (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
1. Melt the butter or margarine in a pan over medium heat. 2. Sauté the chopped onion in the pan until it is soft and translucent.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until it is browned and fully cooked.
4. Season the mixture with salt and ground allspice.
5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to combine.
6. Gradually add the milk while continuously stirring until the mixture thickens.
7. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
8. Serve with potatoes or pasta.
