Serving Size: 10-12 kolas
Ingredients
- 1 dl heavy cream - 1 dl syrup
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp butter
- 0.5 dl dried papaya or pineapple pieces
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, syrup, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. 2. Add the butter to the mixture and stir until fully melted.
3. Stir in the dried papaya or pineapple pieces and mix well.
4. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface.
6. Let it cool at room temperature until completely set and hardened.
7. Cut the cooled mass into pieces and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
