Ingredients:

- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1-2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2. Add the ground meat, sour cream, onion soup mix, eggs, salt, pepper, and paprika seasoning.
3. Mix until you have a smooth dough; add breadcrumbs if needed until the mixture reaches the right consistency.
4. Shape the mixture into round meatballs.
5. Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve with mashed potatoes or a salad.
