Meatballs with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 3/4 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg yolk, and sun-dried tomato cream cheese.
3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
4. Shape the mixture into round meatballs.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the meatballs until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
7. Serve warm, preferably with mashed potatoes or a salad.
