These delicious ribs are slowly cooked until tender, allowing the flavors to deepen, making them perfect for BBQ gatherings or family dinners.
Preparation Time: 4 hours
Serving Size: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

- 1 kg pork ribs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 dl apple juice or other marinade

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the bones and cutting them into desired sizes.
2. In a bowl, mix all the spices and sugar together. Rub the spice mixture evenly onto the ribs.
3. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the apple juice over them. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
4. Bake the ribs in the oven at 120°C (250°F) for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bones.
5. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a while before serving. If desired, grill the ribs briefly for a nice finish.
6. Serve the ribs warm with your favorite side dishes.
