Delicious and easy-to-make oven ribs using pre-cooking and pineapple juice. A perfect alternative to smoked ribs!

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 100 ml BBQ sauce
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (300 °F).
2. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and wrap them tightly in foil.
4. Pour the pineapple juice inside the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
5. Seal the foil tightly and place in the oven. Bake for about 1.5 hours.
6. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully open the foil.
7. Optionally, brush the ribs with more BBQ sauce and broil in the oven at a higher temperature (200 °C or 400 °F) for about 10-15 minutes to caramelize the surface.
8. Let the ribs rest for a moment before serving.
