Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 100 ml BBQ sauce
- Wood chips (e.g., applewood or mesquite)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the bones and cutting them into smaller pieces if desired.
2. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ seasoning, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.
4. Place the ribs in the smoker and add the wood chips. Smoke the ribs for about 2-3 hours until they are tender and flavorful.
5. Finish the ribs by brushing them with BBQ sauce and smoking for an additional 10-15 minutes.
