A delicious dish featuring traditional Swedish meatballs served with pickled cucumbers and lingonberries. A perfect meal that takes you on a taste journey to Sweden! Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef - 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp butter for frying
Pickled Cucumbers:
- 500 g cucumbers
- 1 dl vinegar
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dill
For Serving:
- Lingonberries
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. 2. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, egg, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to the mixture. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into about 20 small meatballs.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs in batches until they are nicely browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
5. For the pickled cucumbers: Slice the cucumbers thinly. In a pot, combine vinegar, sugar, water, salt, and dill. Heat the mixture until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
6. Serve the meatballs with pickled cucumbers and lingonberries.
