Ingredients:
- 4 medium cucumbers - 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thin rings. 2. In a bowl, mix the white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and water. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve.
3. Add the cucumber slices and chopped dill to the marinade and mix well.
4. Allow the cucumbers to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
