Delicious pickled cucumbers that bring back childhood summer memories. This recipe is easy and quick to prepare, perfect for lovers of savory treats.
Preparation time: 15 minutes + 1-2 days marinating time
Serving size: About 1 liter

Ingredients:

- 1 kg cucumbers
- 1 liter water
- 100 g salt
- 200 ml vinegar
- 100 ml sugar
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon dill seeds
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1-2 bay leaves

Instructions:

1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut them into desired sizes.
2. In a pot, bring the water, salt, vinegar, and sugar to a boil. Allow the mixture to cool.
3. Place the cucumbers, black peppercorns, dill seeds, crushed garlic cloves, and bay leaves into a clean jar.
4. Pour the cooled brine over the cucumbers until they are completely submerged.
5. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate. Allow the cucumbers to marinate for 1-2 days before enjoying.
