A delightful lakeside meal featuring grilled salmon, new potatoes, pickled cucumbers, and herb pea puree.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 large salmon fillet
- 1 kg new potatoes
- 200 g pickling cucumbers
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil, parsley)
- 200 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Prepare the salmon: Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill the fish over an open flame or on a barbecue until cooked through and flaky.
2. Boil the potatoes: Peel and boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm.
3. Make the pickled cucumbers: Slice the cucumbers and mix them with salt, sugar, and vinegar. Let them marinate for a short while.
4. Make the herb pea puree: Boil the peas in salted water for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and transfer to a blender. Add butter, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
5. Serve: On a plate, arrange the salmon fillet, boiled potatoes, pickled cucumbers, and herb pea puree. Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices.
6. Enjoy: Serve the meal with a lakeside view and enjoy it in good company!
