Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and mix in the sugar until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, decorate with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
