Delicious Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. If desired, fold in chocolate chips into the batter.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
5. Pour some batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with whipped cream or berries, if desired.
