Ingredients:
- 500 g ground chicken or turkey
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 can plain yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp grated white bread
- 1 tbsp curry paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp coriander
- 8 potatoes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 can natural yogurt
- warm milk
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash them.
2. Add warm milk and cinnamon to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs by combining ground meat, chili powder, salt, black pepper, chopped onion, grated bread, curry paste, turmeric, egg, and coriander in a bowl.
4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
5. Fry the meatballs in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve the meatballs with the mashed potatoes and garnish with natural yogurt.
