- 400 g ground beef or pork
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk, allowing the mixture to soak for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, brandy, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika to the soaked mixture. Mix all the ingredients well.
3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 2-3 cm in size.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve the meatballs with your choice of side, such as mashed potatoes or salad.
