This delicious BBQ glaze sauce gives grilled dishes a shiny and crispy finish. It's the perfect addition to grilled ribs and other fatty meats. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: About 200 ml
Ingredients:
- 100 ml pineapple juice - 50 ml honey
- 50 ml oil
- 25 ml vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. 2. Heat the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to boil.
3. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer on low for about 10 minutes, or until it thickens.
4. Brush the glaze onto the meat during the last stages of grilling to allow the sugar to caramelize and create a delicious shine.
5. Serve alongside grilled meats.
