A delicious and quick creamy mushroom pasta perfect for a weeknight dinner! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
5. Pour the cream over the mushroom mixture and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix all ingredients well. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix again.
8. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
