Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 bell pepper
- White pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- 500 g sliced beef or pork strips
- 1.5 dl water
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Chop or slice the onions and sauté them in the margarine or butter until golden brown.
2. Add the paprika powder to the onions and mix well.
3. Pour the water into the skillet, then add the meat, sliced tomatoes, and bell pepper strips.
4. Season with salt and white pepper.
5. Simmer the dish on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and the flavors are well combined.
