Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 250 g macaroni
- 1 liter beef broth
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp herb seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g grated cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
4. Add the ground beef and cook until it's browned and fully cooked.
5. Season the beef with the herb seasoning mix, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour in the beef broth and add the cooked macaroni to the beef mixture. Stir well to combine.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired.
8. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
9. Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
