Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 25 g butter + for frying
- 3 ½ dl milk
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 1 dl grated cheese
- ½ dl chopped herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the egg and whisk it lightly.
2. Add the flour, salt, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring until the batter is smooth.
4. Melt the butter in a pan and add it to the batter. Mix well.
5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter for frying.
6. Pour some batter into the pan and cook until the top is golden brown. Flip the pancake and cook the other side.
7. Repeat until all the batter is cooked.
8. Fill the pancakes with tomato sauce, grated cheese, and chopped herbs.
9. Fold the pancakes in half and serve warm.
