A refreshing and melt-in-your-mouth dessert that combines lemon, white chocolate, and raspberries. Perfect to enjoy after spring rains! Preparation Time: 20 minutes + freezing time

Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream - 8.8 oz white chocolate
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 8.8 oz raspberries (reserve a few for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons berry liqueur
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and white chocolate over low heat until the chocolate melts. Remove from heat and let it cool. 2. In a large dry bowl, whip the egg whites with an electric mixer. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
3. Gently fold the cooled chocolate cream, raspberries, and berry liqueur into the egg white mixture.
4. Divide the mixture into 2-ounce cups or use a silicone mold.
5. Place the parfait in the freezer and let it set overnight.
6. Serve in dessert dishes, garnish with raspberries, and enjoy immediately.
