A flavorful and juicy grilled chicken marinated with lemon and fresh herbs. Preparation Time: 30 minutes (plus marinating time)

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
6. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink inside.
7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
8. Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
