Lemon Garlic Chicken

*Tender chicken breasts marinated in a zesty lemon and garlic sauce.* Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Recipe:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a zip-lock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, preferably 1 hour.
3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
4. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
5. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
6. Serve with your choice of sides.
