Delicious herb bread that comes together quickly, filling your home with the aroma of freshly baked bread. Perfect as a side or a snack!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 6 pieces

Ingredients:

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl pea flour or fava bean flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 dl grated cheese
- 0.5 dl fresh herbs, chopped (such as parsley and mint)
- 50 g butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tsp honey
- 2.5 dl cold milk

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Grate the cheese and chop the herbs. Add them to the flour mixture.
3. Stir in the melted butter, honey, and cold milk. Mix quickly to form a dough, do not knead.
4. Divide the dough onto a baking paper into six portions and pat them down into flat breads using some flour.
5. Bake the breads in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
