A traditional sweet treat featuring the unique flavor and texture of gum arabic.

Ingredients:
- 50 g gum arabic powder
- 100 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp flavoring (e.g., licorice, mint, or vanilla)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. Soak the gum arabic powder in water for about 15 minutes until fully dissolved.
2. Add sugar and lemon juice to the mixture and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Incorporate your chosen flavoring and mix until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Spread the mixture evenly into a flat layer.
6. Allow the pastilles to dry at room temperature for about 24 hours or until completely hardened.
7. Once dried, cut into desired sizes and dust with powdered sugar.
