Calvados Apple Pie

A delicious and aromatic apple pie infused with Calvados, perfect for dessert or a cozy gathering. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 5-6 apples
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 dl cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl Calvados
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the apples.
2. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Pour in the cream and Calvados, and mix to combine.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt) and then add them to the wet mixture.
6. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
7. Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40-50 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
