Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat until fully melted. Stir until smooth.
2. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
4. Sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt into the batter and gently fold until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
