Deliciously rich chocolate cake, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave.
3. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until pale and fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate icing.
