Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and mix well. Allow it to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and heat for a moment.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
