A rich and decadent chocolate cake that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan oven).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream before serving.
